Product Description
The base of the endoscope is made of high-strength aluminum alloy AL6061-T6 by High Precision CNC Milling and has a uniform rectangular plate structure. A central forest combined with a U-split ensures precise positioning and secure closure of the optical components. The flush feet and the symmetrical threaded bores allow for flexible installation. The surface receives a 120# sandblasting, followed by a glossy silver anodizing that provides a matte metallic surface. Internal reinforcing nerves and weight reduction cavities optimize endurance and reduce mass to a minimum. Specially designed for high precision medical devices, it meets the stringent requirements of repeatable positioning, Dimensional stability and compatibility with sterile environments.

Step 1: In the machining phase, ballets made of solid aluminum alloy 6061-T6 are used and cut precisely with a CNC sawing machine. The dimensional error of the billets is controlled to ± 0.1 mm to ensure consistency with the drawing height and to form a precise basis for subsequent processes.

Step 2: Then firmly fix the blank on the CNC machining center worktable and enter the CNC Milling process: After the blank is firmly clamped, it is first roughly milled with a large-diameter flat bottom knife to quickly remove the excess and preliminarily form the base contour and convex platform; Then use a medium diameter cutting tool to semi precision mill the side wall, installation surface, positioning holes, and groove positions of the convex platform, leaving a uniform margin for precision machining; Finally, all mating surfaces, hole positions, and chamfers are precision milled with small diameter cutting tools to strictly control flatness, hole coaxiality, and positional tolerances within ± 0.005mm.

Step 3: After milling, remove the edges with ultrasonic cleaning and manual disposal. Next, the sand treatment of 120 # is carried out to form a uniform matte surface and improve the adhesion of the oxide film; By anodizing in glossy silver, a dense aluminum oxide film is produced, which provides corrosion resistance, improves wear resistance and biocompatibility while maintaining the metallic gloss according to the standards of medical equipment.
