CNC Milled Brake Lever Parts

This handle is made of high-strength aluminum alloy AL7075-T5 by CNC Milling, characterized by a compact structure and fluid lines. The surface is treated with a high-lucidity black coating (such as PVD or hard varnish) that has a mirror finish. The overall design is streamlined, with a rounded and smooth conical connection head at the front end. Two longitudinal parallel grooves in the middle to improve anti-slip performance and operating stability. The rear section extends in a slightly curved flat lever arm with mounting holes at the end for hinge or bolt connection with the brake mechanism.

Step 1: Throughout the entire manufacturing process, the brake handle strictly follows the precision manufacturing standards with its molding core being CNC Milling technology. At the initial stage of processing, a precise cutting is carried out on the raw materials of aluminum alloy AL7075-T5 to eliminate excess edges and angles;

Step 2: The high-precision CNC milling is commissioned according to the predetermined digital program and the complex features such as the streamlined shape, the non-slip texture slot and the position of the mounting hole of the handle are milled in total at once. High Precision CNC Milling technology is used during this phase to strictly limit the dimensional tolerance at the micrometer level, ensuring a perfect fit between the handle and the braking system and completely eliminating mounting gaps and control deviations;

Step 3: After the product is processed and formed, it is directly subjected to gloss black anodizing. With the help of electrochemical reactions, a dense, wear-resistant protective film of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface without further pretreatment of sand. This not only retains the delicate consistency of the milling work, but also gives the handle an evenly glossy black look that significantly improves corrosion resistance. It is suitable for outdoor use scenarios of cycling equipmen and effectively extends the life of the product.
