Product Description
The aluminum alloy H-shaped lower arm milling part is formed through CNC Milling of a 7075-T6 high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy as a single piece. Based on an H-shaped topology, the central main passage has weight-reducing longitudinal slots, while symmetrical U-shaped flange arms are arranged at both ends for mounting ball seals. The roots of the fork arm are traversed greasy and with large radii to significantly relieve stress concentration. Each side of the arms of the fork is equipped with two focused bolt openings, to ensure precise positioning and reliable connection with the subframe or body mounting points.

Step 1: Choose the aluminum alloy sheet 7075, CNC cut according to the overall size of the support arm, ensure the consistent thickness and flatness of the blank, remove the internal impurities and defects and lay the groundwork for post-treatment.

Step 2: With the help of a high-precision CNC machining center, the multiple latch is used to carry out the H-shaped milling, drilling the mounting hole, completing the formation of the weight reduction slit and the precision treatment of the positioning surface at once. Thanks to the mature experience in CNC machining, the coaxiality, parallelity and tolerance of the contour of the hole position are strictly controlled, to ensure the accuracy of the installation and the uniformity of the force.

Step 3: Perform manual and mechanical double deburring treatment on the milled corners, holes, and contour edges to remove residual sharp edges. At the same time,  smooth the transition of key stress edges to avoid stress concentration and improve overall strength.

Step 4: Pre-treatment of the lower support arm by degreasing, degreasing and polishing, followed by hard anodizing to form a uniform and dense oxide film, thereby improving the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Different colored oxide layers can also be customized to balance performance and appearance.

Step 5: Perform a complete inspection of component dimensions, form and position tolerances, and surface quality with a three-coordinate measuring tool, a clamp and a hole position manometer. Only qualified products can be packaged and stored to ensure that each product meets automotive industry quality standards.
