2005-2010：Founding & Core Capability Establishment Founded in 2005 in Dongguan, China, Shengpeng Precision began as a specialized CNC machining workshop. Key milestones:



✅ 2005: Launched with CNC turning and milling services for local industrial clients.

✅ 2008: Expanded facility to include sheet metal processing and precision casting.



✅ 2010: Invested in first coordinate measuring systems (CMM) for quality assurance. "Our early focus was mastering dimensional accuracy – every micron mattered from day one."



2011-2018：Technology Integration & Industry Expansion Driven by client demand, we evolved into a multi-process solution provider:



✅ 2013: Added 5-axis machining centers to handle complex aerospace geometries.



✅ 2015: Integrated surface treatment division – anodizing, electroplating, and polishing – enabling single-source production.



✅ 2017: Successfully secured a medical device manufacturing order. Transformative Project: Automotive Sensor Housing (2016) Challenge: 0.05mm tolerance + salt spray resistance Solution: CNC milling → Zinc-nickel electroplating Result: 99.2% on-time delivery rate for 500K+ units



2019-Present：Digital Transformation & Global Reach Embracing Industry 4.0 to serve international markets:



✅ 2020: Implemented digital quality tracking with full production traceability.



✅ 2022-2023: Launched one-stop service portal for instant DFM analysis and order management. Achieved ISO certification in 2023.



✅ 2024: 40% revenue growth from medical/aerospace sectors with capabilities in: Medical: Biocompatible surface finishing (Ra≤0.1μm mirror polish) Aerospace: 5-axis machining of titanium alloys (±0.01mm tolerance)


