1.What materials do you support for custom CNC turning?

We process aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon steel, titanium alloy and engineering plastics like POM, PA, PEEK. If you have special material grade requirements, send us your specification for material stock checking.

2.What drawing formats do you accept for quotation?

We support STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, AutoCAD PDF, DWG, DXF 2D/3D drawing files. If you do not have complete drawings, you can send physical product photos or samples for our reverse engineering service.

3.What surface finishing options do you provide for lathe parts?

We complete all surface treatments in our factory: color/hard anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, passivation, nickel/chrome plating, black oxide. All finished products comply with RoHS standard for export.

4.How do you guarantee product quality before shipment?

We implement full 4-step QC flow: incoming raw material inspection → in-process size checking → finished product full dimension test via CMM → final appearance inspection before packaging. We can provide CoA dimensional inspection report together with shipment.

5.What if I receive defective out-of-tolerance parts?

If defects are confirmed caused by our machining error, we will rework or remake all defective products for free at our cost, and cover extra shipping fees for re-delivery. We fully take responsibility for quality issues from our production side.

6.Can you offer discount for large container orders?
