Step 1: Select the AL7075-T6 aluminum alloy rod or plate, first make a precise cut and remove the excess residue by cutting; The leveling treatment and stress relief annealing is carried out to effectively eliminate the remaining stresses inside the material and prevent deformation during treatment or subsequent use;

Step 2: Start the CNC milling equipment to roughly milling the blank, quickly remove most of the excess, machining the rough shape of the base, the U-shaped groove and the contour of the hole, reserve and approximately track the precision treatment concession from 0.2 to 0.3 mm and roughly drill and install the bottom hole to prepare for subsequent precision machining;

Step 4: Manually deburr and chamfer the processed base, remove the milling bags and accurately remove the aluminum fragments and oil stains by ultrasonic cleaning, to clean the surface;

Step 5: Perform the natural hard anodizing directly, by the electrochemical reaction to produce a dense aluminum oxide protective film with high hardness and wear resistance.
