Step 3: Finally, an anodizing of the shiny silver is carried out, to produce a dense and wear-resistant alumina protective film on the product surface by electrochemical reaction. This not only gives the lens cover a uniformly shiny silver appearance, but also greatly improves corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, to meet the requirements of disinfection and cleaning of medical devices while ensuring the biocompatibility and safety of the product.
