Step 2: Enter the precision machining process. The cast blank is subjected to deburring and cleaning sand pretreatment. Step 3: After treatment and formation, the product is subjected to a natural hard anodizing treatment, using electrochemical reactions, to form a dense layer of aluminum oxide protective film on its surface, the original metallic color of the aluminum alloy being obtained, by significantly improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation performance of the shell.
