Engine Housing

This engine casing is a Gravity Casting Part of Dongguan Shengpeng Precision Technology Co., Ltd. It is made of aluminum alloy 6061-T5 and has an overall silver-white metallic luster. The main body of the shell is a flat roof structure, with several protruding reinforcing sides in the center to improve stiffness and dissipate heat. There are several holes for mounting bolts on one side of the housing to ensure a stable connection; One end extends into an arc-shaped structure for adapting to specific engine component layouts.

Step 1: In the processing stage, we first use the Customized Aluminum Gravity Casting process to form the blank: The molten aluminum alloy 6061-T6 is injected into a personalized sand mold and the cavity of the mold is naturally filled by gravity, to form a complex contour of the shell, the reinforcing flanks and the structure of the mounting seat at once, ensuring that the blank is highly consistent with the design drawings and significantly reducing subsequent processing allowances.

Step 2: After processing and increasing the hardness of the blank, it is sent to a CNC machining center for precision milling. The mounting surface, sealing hole, threaded bore and interface are finely machined and the geometric key tolerances (flatness, coaxiality, sealing surface) are controlled to ± 0.01 mm to ensure sealing performance and accuracy of motor assembly.

Step 3: After treatment, ultrasonic cleaning and manual removal are used to precisely remove the casting residue and cut the sharpening edges, thereby preventing impurities from entering the engine and interfering with operation.
