Step 1: Choose 6061 aluminum alloy rods as raw material and after precision cutting, enter the CNC turning process. Full and fine rotation in the center of rotation, very precise machining of the outer circle, end surface and central blade hole, and control of uniformity and coaxiality tolerances within ± 0.005mm, which provides a stable and reliable benchmark for subsequent milling.

Step 2: After turning is completed, the workpiece undergoes milling directly on the turning-milling machining center. High-speed milling cutters precisely machine peripheral weight-reduction slots and positioning mounting holes, ensuring angular deviations for all slots and holes are controlled within ±0.02°. By completing multiple processes in a single setup, cumulative errors from repeated repositioning are effectively avoided.At the same time, the high-pressure cooling system is fully integrated to ensure great smoothness of the 6061 aluminum alloy cutting surface.

Step 3: Apply natural anodizing to the components. First, the treatment residues are carefully removed by chemical degreasing and acid washing, after which a dense film of alumina 8-12 μm thick is formed in the sulfuric acid electrolyte.
