CNC Turned Parts are precision one-piece bushing made from 42CrMo high-carbon tool steel, formed through CNC Turning. It features a smooth hollow cylindrical structure, with a stepped protrusion integrated at one end for precise positioning and installation, and symmetrical grooves at the other end for elastic clamping or serving as a pipeline channel.

Step 1: In the processing step, we first use 42CrMo steel bars that have been quenched and temperature treated as raw materials to ensure that the material has uniform hardness and strength.

Step 2: After the workpiece undergoes precision cutting on the CNC sawing machine, it proceeds to the CNC turning process. Perform rough and fine turning in sequence at the center of the turning and perform high-precision processing on the outer circle, final surface and inner opening to ensure that coaxiality and roundness tolerances are set to ± 0.005 mm and create a stable and reliable geometric basis for subsequent milling processes.

Step 3: Once the lathe is finished, the part is milled directly at the processing center of the joint of the rotary milling machines. The high-speed side milling machine is used for the precise processing of the final positioning cutting, and the accuracy of the dimensions of the width and depth of the cutting is strictly controlled. At the same time, using a high-pressure cooling system, it prevents the hardening and deformation of 42CrMo due to the high temperature during processing, which ensures the uniformity of the cutting surface.

Step 4: As for surface treatment, the component uses mirror polishing technology: first remove the treatment marks by mechanical polishing, then introduce electrolytic polishing to reduce the surface roughness below Ra0.2.
