Product Description
CNC Turned Parts are made of 42CrMo high carbon steel, which are CNC processed into high precision integrated flange blade. The structure consists of a circular flange with double passage orifices and an enlarged flat wave: the flange is used to fix the bolts, to obtain accurate positioning, while the flat wave effectively prevents turning and reliably transmits the circular moment through an incorrect cross section.

Step 1: After precisely clamping and positioning the raw material bar stock, initiate the rough turning process on the CNC lathe. Equipment with high speed and efficient feeding quickly eliminates much of the processing eligibility and pre-forms the contour of the flange disk and the progressive structure of the waveboard and lays the foundation for further precise processing.

Step 2: We then switch to Precision CNC Turning Services mode and use precise tools and optimized cutting parameters for precise turning. Step 4: After the training, the detail passes to the surface treatment step. Fine polishing is first applied to remove the remaining traces of cutting, then a mirror polishing is performed to obtain a surface lightness Ra0.4 or less.
