Quality control system for CNC Turning
Raw material inspection
We have established a strict inspection process for raw materials, which includes composition analysis, mechanical property test and dimensional inspection for aluminum alloy, steel and other raw materials. Only the raw materials that meet the standard can enter the production process, to prevent the flow of unqualified materials into the processing process, which is consistent with the raw material inspection standard of Precision Casting Mold.
Process Inspection
In the process of CNC turning, the quality inspector carries out sampling inspection on the products in progress every hour, and uses precision instruments such as coordinate measuring machine and micrometer to check the dimensional accuracy and form and position tolerance. When abnormalities are found, the company immediately stops the machine for adjustment, records the inspection data and analyzes the causes to ensure that the processing is under control, and the frequency and standard of inspection are comparable to the process control of Laser Cutting Service.
Equipment Calibration
Monthly precision calibration of CNC lathe, including spindle radial runout, guideway parallelism, positioning accuracy and other parameters of the test and adjustment. The calibration data is archived for record, to ensure that the equipment is always in the best working condition, to provide a guarantee for stable processing, the calibration process refers to the CNC Milling Service's equipment maintenance standards.
Final inspection of finished products
After all CNC Turned Parts are processed, 100% full inspection will be carried out, including dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, appearance quality, etc. The qualified products will be labeled and put into storage. Qualified products are labeled and warehoused, and non-qualified products are isolated and reworked, while quality problems are recorded and a quality traceability report is formed. The final inspection standard can meet the requirements of high-end industries such as aerospace and other industries, and it is as strict as the finished product inspection of Metal Laser Cutting.
Environmental Control
The processing workshop maintains constant temperature (20±2℃), constant humidity (50±5%) and clean environment to minimize the impact of temperature and humidity changes on processing accuracy. Installation of anti-vibration foundation reduces the vibration interference of equipment, creating stable conditions for ultra-high-precision parts processing, and the level of environmental control reaches the standard of precision instrument processing.
