Processing Scope of CNC Turning
Rotating Parts
Shaft Parts: Plain shafts, stepped shafts, splined shafts, etc. (diameter 0.5–500 mm, length ≤3000 mm). Ensure diameter accuracy and coaxiality of each section; some require High Precision CNC Milling to process keyways or flat structures.
Disc & Sleeve Parts: Bearing sleeves, flanges, gear blanks, etc. (diameter from a few millimeters to over one meter). Ensure perpendicularity between end faces and inner holes; some parts require thread processing to meet connection requirements.
Special-shaped Rotating Parts
Eccentric Parts: Eccentric shafts, eccentric sleeves, etc. Precisely control eccentricity through special programming and fixture design (refer to CNC Milling Service principles) to ensure motion accuracy.
Curved Rotating Parts: cams, elliptical shafts, etc. Utilize interpolation functions to machine complex curved surfaces; some require coordination with Sheet Metal Bending components to achieve mechanical functionality.
Thread Machining
Can machine metric, imperial, pipe threads, etc., including standard and non-standard threads (precision up to Grade 6 or higher), ensuring thread profile and pitch accuracy. Some require coordination with Precision Milling Service parts to achieve precise connections.
