They are often used in conjunction with structural components after Sheet Metal Bending and are commonly found in general equipment manufacturing.

Precision Grade: Tolerances can be controlled within ±0.005mm to ±0.02mm, suitable for transmission components such as motor shafts and gears. High-precision tools and stable cutting parameters must be used during processing to ensure smooth operation after assembly. These parts work in conjunction with precision components processed by CNC Milling to enhance the overall performance of the equipment.

Ultra-precision Grade: Tolerances can reach ±0.001mm to ±0.005mm, primarily used for gyroscope shafts in aerospace applications and core components of precision instruments. Achieving this level of precision requires a temperature-controlled processing environment and advanced inspection equipment.
