Electroplating Process
Zinc plating significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of parts, making it particularly suitable for agricultural machinery components and building hardware used outdoors. The treated surface is bright and can be passivated for enhanced protection. Chrome plating is primarily used for mold components and hydraulic piston rods requiring high wear resistance, with a hardness of HV800-1000, extending the service life of parts by 2-3 times.
Oxidation Treatment
Anodizing is the preferred process for aluminum alloy parts, forming an oxide film with a thickness of 5-25μm, which is not only corrosion-resistant but also capable of being dyed in various colors. Blackening treatment is primarily used for steel parts, forming a dense black oxide film on the surface that is both rust-resistant and aesthetically pleasing.
Polishing Process
Mechanical polishing can achieve a surface roughness of Ra0.025μm, commonly used for precision parts such as bearings and seals. Electrolytic polishing is particularly suitable for complex-shaped stainless steel parts, effectively removing microscopic surface protrusions and enhancing corrosion resistance.
