CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a computer-numerically controlled precision manufacturing process. During the machining process, metal or plastic rods are clamped in the spindle chuck and rotated at high speed, while fixed cutting tools feed along pre-programmed paths in axial, radial, or complex trajectories. Material is progressively removed through a subtractive process, ultimately forming parts with rotational symmetry, such as shafts, discs, flanges, and threaded components.
