Surface Treatment

Enhance the performance of the mold through quenching, nitriding, hard chrome plating and other processes. Quenching enhances the hardness and wear resistance, nitriding improves the comprehensive performance of the surface, and hard chrome plating makes the surface of the mold smooth, which is convenient for casting release and prolongs the service life of the mold.
