Packaging Material Selection

According to the characteristics of sheet metal parts, we choose suitable packaging materials: anti-static bags are used for small precision parts; wooden pallets or wooden boxes are used for large parts; pearl cotton is wrapped around stainless steel parts, and aluminum alloy parts are protected by winding film. For humid environments, desiccant is also added to ensure that the precision surfaces are intact after Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal Bending.

Packaging

adopts customized packaging solutions: small parts are separated by layers in cartons, and large structural parts are fixed on pallets to prevent shaking. Assembled parts are packed according to the assembly sequence with detailed list, and welded parts are labeled with anti-collision marking to protect the surface quality after Sheet Metal Welding. All packages are considered for transportation safety and disassembly convenience.
