Product Description
This sand cast aluminum alloy bearing seat has a cylindrical main structure, with evenly distributed flange mounting ears with mounting holes on the outer wall. The ears are connected to the main body with triangular reinforcement ribs, and hollow areas are formed between the ribs. All corners and connecting parts are rounded and transitioned without sharp edges. The overall sand cast texture is neat, compact, and the lines are smooth.

Step 1: We first adapt the high precision sand moulds according to the structure of the product, introduce the molten aluminum under controlled pressure into the mould cavity and ensure the complete formation of complex contours and internal structures.

Step 3: Finally, perform natural anodizing to obtain a dense oxide film on the surface by electrochemical reaction, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of sand melted parts.
