Step 2: The rough castings undergo manual sand removal and shot blasting to thoroughly eliminate surface sand and casting burrs.Next, proceed to the precise processing step: CNC Milling machines are used for fine milling of the reference surface for assembly of parts, and the equality is controlled within 0.03mm; reuse the integrated CNC drilling and decoupling equipment to perform mixed material drilling and decoupling processing on all positioning holes, ensuring that the intake at the drilling site is within ± 0.02 mm.

Step 3: Finally, perform natural anodizing to obtain a dense oxide film on the surface by electrochemical reaction, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of sand melted parts.
