一、CAD Drawing Review and DFM Process Assessment
 
After the customer provides drawings in STEP, IGS, CAD, and other formats, the engineering team conducts a DFM process review immediately. Key parameters such as dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances, chamfers, wall thickness, hole fits, and surface treatment allowances are carefully checked. 二、Material Selection and Production Process Planning
 
Based on the client's operating conditions, wear and corrosion resistance requirements, and assembly precision standards, suitable raw materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, and engineering plastics are selected. Machining processes are differentiated based on the part's structural characteristics: irregular cavities, multi-hole structures, and inclined structures are milled; shafts, sleeves, and threaded rotary structures are precision turned; and complex composite structures utilize a combined milling and turning process. 五、Precision Sample Inspection and Dimensional Verification
 
After finishing, a full-dimensional inspection is conducted using professional equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine, a 2D measuring instrument, a high-precision micrometer, plug gauges, and thread gauges. This rigorously verifies the tolerances on the drawings, flatness, perpendicularity, hole position accuracy, and surface finish. Inspection data is recorded and a quality inspection report is generated to prevent defective samples from leaving the factory, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of every sample.
 
六、Surface Treatment and Final Inspection and Delivery
 
Custom surface treatments such as anodizing, sandblasting, wire drawing, polishing, passivation, and electroplating are completed according to customer requirements. After processing, dimensions and appearance are re-inspected to ensure there are no scratches, deformations, color differences, or defects. The samples are then packaged in dustproof and moisture-proof, and shockproof protective packaging, completing the final sample delivery.
