Technicians optimise the tool path and cutting parameters according to the product size requirements, gradually machining the design tolerance zone in several passes and strictly controlling the dimensional accuracy of each part.

Step 3: Once the milling process is complete, we will punch and mill the holes. We use appropriate hole and tap models to meet the requirements of various thread hole specifications, to ensure accurate hole positioning and close thread support to meet the standards for installation and use of parts.

Step 4: After completing all processing steps, we perform natural colour oxidation treatment on the product, which not only improves corrosion and wear resistance, but also preserves the metallic texture of the material itself.
