This product utilises SS 303 stainless steel hexagonal bar stock as raw material, a grade classified as easy-to-machine stainless steel with excellent machinability. We employed standard 28×28 hexagonal bar stock processed via CNC Turning. During rough machining, a spindle speed of 3000 rpm was set, with a 0.3mm allowance reserved to ensure finishing accuracy. During finishing, the spindle speed was increased to 3500 rpm using a tool with an R0.2 tip radius. Tested surface finish achieved R1.0, meeting the high precision requirements for functional components. Internal threads employ 3/4 NPT sealing pipe threads with a 55° thread angle, machined using specialised forming tools. All internal threads undergo individual inspection with 3/4 NPT thread gauges to ensure dimensional consistency and sealing performance.
