CNC Milling technology can be used to accurately control the surface texture of the parts, together with the heat treatment process to increase the hardness to HRC60 or above. Precision Milling Service is particularly suitable for precision processing of wear-resistant parts such as gears, guide rails, and so on.

Conductive Surface Processing

The contact surfaces of electronic parts processed by High Precision CNC Milling have a roughness of up to Ra0.1μm, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity. The contact resistance of copper alloy parts is reduced by 35% after this process.

Insulating Surfaces

5-Axis CNC Milling is capable of machining complex insulating structures with a groove positional accuracy of ±0.005mm. Combined with a special coating process, the insulating properties can be increased to more than 10^12Ω.

Sealing Surface Processing

The flatness of the sealing surface after CNC Milling is ≤0.003mm, and the best sealing effect can be obtained with special tools. The leakage rate of hydraulic components is controlled within 0.005% after adopting this process.
